Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and include all original items.
To return the product, simply ship it back to Reload Dynamics at PO Box 2176, Myrtle Beach, SC 29578-2176
Include a note or your order sheet with your name and order number so we know where to send the refund amount.
Without this information we will not know where to send the refund, so please be sure to include it.
Once we receive your package, we will inspect the product to ensure everything is in order. If approved, you will receive a refund within 10 business days. Please note, it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. While the product cost is fully refundable, shipping and handling fees are not.
Exchanges & Adjustments
If you need an adjustment or exchange, follow the same process above but include a note detailing the change or exchange needed for your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
